Thursday “Five a Day” Recap

I think I need to set less lofty goals and then try this again. UGH…but I knew Thursdays would be a bust, since I have class. Oh well.

  1. I did good in the water category! Managed to take in 80 ounces!!
  2. Only had 1 fruit serving today. It was a bad food day. Panera for lunch and big feast at school tonight.
  3. No gym.
  4. No weights.
  5. I had 2.5 frivolous snacks–a cupcake at lunch with Katie, a piece of the amazing cheesecake my professor made and 2 little pieces of candy.

I don’t have high hopes for a goal successful weekend. Too much traveling around. ::Sigh::

Wednesday “Five a Day” Recap

This recap deal is getting old fast…I know. I just need to do it for myself, so skip this post if you want. 🙂

  1. I got 64 ounces of water today!
  2. I’m short 1 fruit/vegetable serving. I could cram it down my throat right now, but I just don’t feel like doing that.
  3. I made it to the gym for 30 minutes of the bike!
  4. No weights…I wanted to do it today, but there is a personal trainer guy that uses our gym for his clients (not sure if he or his clients live here or not, but whatever). Anyway…they were taking up a lot of space on the weight side of the gym, so I skipped out on that.
  5. I had one frivolous snack tonight that I found in our cabinet. 150 calorie lava cake that you cook in the microwave for 30 seconds!

Tuesday “Five a Day” Recap

June 17, 2008
  1. Again, I did not hit the 64 ounce water mark. I think I’m up to 42 ounces. 😦 Not so great.
  2. I got 5 fruit servings!
  3. No cardio…I could NOT get out of bed this morning.
  4. No weights…maybe tomorrow?! 🙂
  5. I am about to consume my one frivolous cupcake snack. Here’s to being awake all night because of the chocolate! 🙂

Monday “Five a Day” Recap

Not that you all care about this, but I need to keep track for myself.

  1. I didn’t quite hit the 64 ounce mark for water today, but I believe I got in 60 ounces!
  2. I got 6 servings of fruits/vegetables!
  3. I got up at 6:30am to go for a thirty minute walk (4 more days of cardio to go)!
  4. No weights…yet.
  5. I only had one frivolous snack–a cupcake!
