Thursday “Five a Day” Recap

I think I need to set less lofty goals and then try this again. UGH…but I knew Thursdays would be a bust, since I have class. Oh well.

  1. I did good in the water category! Managed to take in 80 ounces!!
  2. Only had 1 fruit serving today. It was a bad food day. Panera for lunch and big feast at school tonight.
  3. No gym.
  4. No weights.
  5. I had 2.5 frivolous snacks–a cupcake at lunch with Katie, a piece of the amazing cheesecake my professor made and 2 little pieces of candy.

I don’t have high hopes for a goal successful weekend. Too much traveling around. ::Sigh::

    I am really proud of you!!!

    1. Congrats on the water!

    2. Don’t give up! The point is, you’re doing it. Once you get in the habit, it gets easier. Your body will tell you what it needs. Start looking for fruit/vegetable options when you have a choice. I think Panera has some yummy salads and soups.

    3. & 4. So you skipped a day at the gym. Try parking farther away and walking (or jogging if you are late). Take the stairs two at a time. Remember to breathe deeply. And stretch.

    5. Try to skip a frivolous snack today since you had two yesterday. Have a piece of fruit instead.

    helllloooo, you had BROCCOLLI cheese soup at lunch. just because the green vegetable was swimming in creamy cheese doesn’t mean it doesn’t count! 🙂

    you inspired me. i bought a TON of fruit today at the store. now i just have to eat it all before it goes bad. and hey, i layed on the couch ALL afternoon. the only exercise i got was walking to the leasing office.
